Stephen Boyd BSc Non-Executive Chairman of Broomco (4091) Limited

Stephen Boyd (57) is Chairman of Pittards plc, a company whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM. A chemical engineer by training, Mr. Boyd has worked in a number of manufacturing industries, including five years as Group Chief Executive of Capital Industries plc. He now owns a number of companies from plastic injection moulding to building materials businesses.

Sean Sutcliffe MA, CEng Executive Chairman of Biofuels Corporation

Sean Sutcliffe has been Chairman of Biofuels Corporation Trading Limited since April 2008, and previously Chief Executive from 2005. He is also Chief Executive of Green Biologics Limited, Chairman of Tidal Generation Limited and a Trustee of Practical Action, an international development charity. Previously Sean worked for BG Group plc for 14 years in a variety of roles spanning operations, business development and strategy, most recently as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Corporate Development and New Businesses. Sean is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with an Engineering degree from Cambridge University. Sean was appointed Executive Chairman on 21 April 2008.

Richard Nickels BSc (Hons)  Chief Executive

Richard brings a wide range of skills and experience from both the oil and power sectors. After an initial period as a seaman officer in the Royal Navy, Richard spent 14 years with Esso Petroleum, in management roles across downstream fuels and natural gas in both the UK and the US. Following Esso he joined Eastern Electricity (now Powergen) where among other roles he was General Manager of the Industrial and Commercial Business line. Richard joined the company in May 2005. He was appointed Chief Executive on 14 April 2008.

Andrew Leeser FCMA, MSTP Finance Director

A qualified accountant, Andy will join the Board on 31 January 2007 following an extensive career in senior financial and restructuring positions at a broad range of companies including ICS Group, Jarvis and John Baarda.

Paul Elliott MBA, LL.B (Hons) Company Secretary & Company Solicitor

Paul joined the Company on 25 September 2006 and was formally appointed as Company Secretary on 28 September 2006. A qualified solicitor, he joined the Company having most recently spent 2 years at HBOS where he was a Senior Commercial Lawyer. Prior to that he spent 5 years at Addleshaw Goddard where he specialised in corporate finance and advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
